Opiate Addiction Treatment - Outpatient Treatment - Medication Assisted Treatment
Springfield Treatment Services offers medication-assisted treatment programs for opioid addiction as well as individual and group counseling. Our General Outpatient Treatment (OP) program uses methadone, Vivitrol, and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to treat opioid use disorders. Men and women receive treatment plans including individual, family, and group therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), grief/loss therapy, mindfulness, and life skills training offered. Specialized programs for the women, men, parents and expecting mothers. Medicaid and private insurance benefits accepted.
Levels of Care:
General Outpatient Treatment (OP)
Medication - Assisted Treatment (MAT): Methadone, Buprenorphine/Suboxone, Vivitrol
Core Treatment Services: Clinical Evaluation, Individualized Treatment Plans, Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, 12-Step (AA, NA, etc.) integrated into program.
Treatment Methods: Primary - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Medication Management, Relapse Prevention, Stages of Change, Trauma - Informed Care, Secondary - Anger Management, Grief/Loss Therapy, Life Skills, Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Specialized Programming: Gender-Specific Groups, Pregnancy/Expecting Mothers
Support Meetings: Case Management Services
